A child is not pulling through from Wonde, what can I do?

We use Wonde to synchronise your student and teacher data with your school MIS (Bromcom, SIMS, Arbor etc.) every Sunday night. If you want this to happen sooner then you'll need to follow these steps. 

1. Make sure the pupil is listed on your MIS. 

2. Go to User Management > Pupils and Classes > Request Wonde Sync and it will update immediately.
