If you just want to be contacted about payment of the subscription and not receive any emails (school usage, marketing materials, product updates etc) please contact us on support@pageticker.com
Removing and adding teachers and pupils
If you mean an admin role, where you add and remove teachers and edit classes, all of your school data is pulled from your MIS. So, if you have new pupils if they are added onto your MIS then these can be manually synced or this happens automatically once a week.
To manually sync, go to manage classes and you can do this here.
Teachers can be added on the manage on the Manage Staff page.
If you don't want teachers to use Pageticker please ask them to ignore the invite.
Any pupil or parent invites to Pageticker are managed by teachers. They won't receive anything from us unless they have their own existing account, which isn't linked to a school.
