Can I log reading as a teacher?

Yes, you can log reading as a teacher if you'd like to. 

This video shows how you log reading for an individual child. 

You can also select multiple students and log guided reading. On the log reading screen with the reading type make sure to select guided reading. 

You can also filter on the left hand side by the type of book - which is determined by the tag that you give the book when adding it to a child's bookshelf.
