Help CentreWhen a child has achieved a badge you'll get a notification of this on the top right corner of their circle.
When you click on the circle you'll see their badge and there will be a button to generate a certificate.
You can't download certificates on demand on the dashboard, just when they have been achieved and the notification appears.
A child says they have earned a badge but I can't see it on the teacher dashboard
If this happens, it could be that a parent has created a non school linked account by mistake.
To check this:
Ask them to log in and go to the settings page and click on the name of their child.
If it says link to school then they will need to merge accounts.
