My child's class teacher can't see reading I've been logging

If you are logging reading but your child's class teacher can't see what you've been logging then it's likely you have created an account that isn't linked to the school by mistake.

Meaning that there are 2 accounts. One account that you aren't linked to (but is linked with the school) and another that you are linked to but that isn't linked to the school. 

To solve this:

1)Ask your child's class teacher for a linking letter from the teacher dashboard. This will have a few linking codes that last 14 days. 

2) Log onto the parent app. Click on settings and on your child's name.

3) Click on the add a school button and add a code. Add the code your child's class teacher has given you. 

4) It'll recognise that there's another account with the same name in the school. Click on merge accounts.
