Why can't my teacher see that I've been logging reading?

If you are a pupil user and your teacher can't see that you've been logging reading, it's likely that you have more than one account.

Please ask your teacher to reshare your login details and ask them to check that you don't have an extra account set up. Sometimes, if parents also have an account they can make an extra account by mistake so this is something else to check.
